Z95系列壳芯机采用PLC控制，上吹式装置，具有自动翻转、震动排砂等功能，适用于成批量生产，中等尺寸，形状复杂，以及砂芯内腔较大的铸件砂芯，利用其翻转功能可以将砂芯内部不需要固化的砂子排出再利用，减少覆膜砂使用量，降低成本。

     Z95 series shell core shooting machine adopts PLC control and upper blow type device, which has the functions of automatic turning, vibration sand discharging, etc. It is suitable for mass production, medium size, complex shape, and large casting sand core with inner cavity of sand core. The sand inside the core that does not need to be solidified is discharged and reused, which reduces the amount of coated sand and reduces the cost.
